With an extensive understanding of the Western Cape property market, William combines development expertise with strong commercial insight and an established network across the property, construction and professional services industries. He has particular expertise in identifying and structuring property opportunities, assembling the right professional teams and delivering practical property solutions aligned with clients’ operational and investment objectives.
